Founded NewTech Engineering, PLLC in the Carolinas (based in Charlotte/Pineville, NC) led by Kerry C. Cooper as President — established as a boutique geotechnical and materials‑testing firm focused on personal client interaction and deep technical expertise
2021
Broadening Core Capabilities
Expanded services beyond core geotechnical testing to include Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Seasonal High Water Table Estimates, and Infiltration Testing — signaling a major step in broadening their technical offering.
2022
Enhancing Specialized Expertise
Further growth with the addition of staff and introducing Asbestos Screening Services — another significant milestone in diversifying their inspection/testing portfolio.
